We may disclose your information when required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person.

4.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the relevant party. We will provide notice by email or a prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Marketing Communications

We may send you promotional emails if you have opted in to receive them, or where we have a legitimate basis to do so as an existing customer. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send; or

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related emails such as order confirmations, access links, or account notices.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Please read our separate Cookie Policy for full details about the cookies in use and how to manage your preferences.

In summary, we use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function, such as keeping you logged into your account.
  • Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use our website and course platform so we can improve them.
  • Marketing cookies: to show relevant advertising, where applicable.

You can manage or withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie consent tool or your browser settings.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and careful vetting of third-party service providers.

Your payment card information is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. If you have concerns about the security of your data, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy or as required by applicable law:

  • Account and purchase records: a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Course progress and activity data: for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe, or until we determine the information is no longer needed for its original purpose.
  • Customer support records: for a reasonable period following resolution of your inquiry.

When data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are designed exclusively for adults — specifically parents and caregivers of children. While our course content is about children's screen use and family routines, the course itself is sold to and used by adults only.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies under applicable law). Our website and course platform are not directed at minors and we do not market to them.

If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and promptly delete any such information.
